We want you to be delighted with your magical purchase from the Harry Potter Shop US; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
